In these challenging economic times, the Enterprise Rancheria’s entertainment and gaming resort will provide powerful economic stimulus for the Yuba-Sutter region and the surrounding areas. By offering full-time, permanent jobs and career opportunities, as well as more than $200 million in local economic activity -- that’s nearly $600,000/day in direct and indirect economic benefits -- the project will serve as a regional anchor development.
In addition to providing much-needed economic self-sufficiency for Tribal citizens, the Tribe will also contribute more than $5 million a year to Yuba County and the City of Marysville to fund safety, education, and other public programs…improving the quality of life for all.
A Multi-Use Resort
The resort will be a multi-function facility, featuring a 170-room hotel & pool, restaurants, bar, gift shops, tourist information, conference facilities, gaming and more! It will be built in a rural area of Yuba County within the Tribe’s historic lands. This helps keep jobs and skilled labor in the area while attracting incremental tourism and business activity.
The site is located on 40 acres within a 900-acre Yuba County Sports & Entertainment Zone located 5 miles south of the City of Marysville, CA between State Routes 70 and 65 adjacent to the Sleep Train Amphitheater.
