TNAP - Tribal Nutrition Assistance Program

This grant is funded by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS). Applications will be processed as received and funded on a first come first serve basis, until funds run out. You must reside in the State of California to qualify for the program. The amount of assistance is $150.00 per month for adult Tribal Members only and will be processed on the 5th of each month.

I understand if I do not turn in all my grocery receipts by the 5th of the following month, I will not be eligible for the program and I will be placed on the bad standing list for the Tribe. The amount of assistance will be taken out of any payments I receive from the Tribe or until it is paid in full.

I also understand that this application is only good for 1 year, then I will need to re-apply.
