A Tribal Development program in which all tribal members have the inspiration, ability, and courage to secure their place as globally competitive leaders.
The Tribal Development Program is a three-phase, 24-month program designed to provide Estom Yumeka Maidu Enterprise Rancheria Tribal Members with opportunities for upward mobility gained from a blend of on-the-job technical training, specialized classroom training, a wide range of seminars and workshops dedicated to management best practices, mentoring and work experience.
LEADERSHIP – We value and take responsibility by promoting core values of leadership through influence, honesty, integrity, dedication and personal development.
RESPECT – As demonstrated by self respect and respecting others regardless of differences; treating others with dignity, empathy and compassion; and the ability to earn the respect of others.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT– Our goal is to prepare tribal members for a career with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain.
ACCOUNTABILITY – We are responsible for our performance, actions, decisions and commitments.
PASSION AND DEDICATION – We are passionate about and dedicated to the Estom Yumeka Maidu of Enterprise Rancheria, our property and our jobs.
TRIBAL LEADERSHIP SERIES
(21 and over)
Enterprise Rancheria in collaboration with HRI, admitted it’s first Cohort of Tribal Members into the Tribal Leadership Series, on Thursday, October 22, 2000! And they will be complete with their first phase by early May and applications for the next Cohort into the TLS program will become available by sometime April 2021, for the next admission of Tribal members.
The series is our initial offering on Tribal Development and will focus on tribal members with limited experience within the gaming, restaurant and hotel & hospitality industry. The goal is to teach key leadership skills that can help the tribal member advance into a leadership role.
TRIBAL EXECUTIVE SERIES
(21 and over)
This series will focus on tribal members who are already in a leadership role such as a director, manager or supervisor. The build out will be based on an executive working professional style program. NOTE: Program still in development phase.
TRIBAL INTERNSHIP SERIES
(18 and over)
This series will focus on tribal members who are 18 and over, placing them in an internship to be placed in an entry level positions.

Placement in the Program will be based on an application process that will include a point system, chosen from the selection committee, and interviewed.
