The Enterprise Rancheria Commercial Regulatory Commission is dedicated to safeguarding the integrity and prosperity of the commercial enterprises of the Estom Yumeka Maidu Tribe. Purpose
The Enterprise Rancheria Commercial Regulatory Commission (ERCRC) serves as the primary regulatory authority for handling disputes on Enterprise Rancheria tribal lands. The Commission ensures that all disputes under the Tribe’s jurisdiction are resolved in compliance with Tribal and Federal law, Secretarial Procedures, and relevant California State regulations.
