MISSION STATEMENT
The Tribal Development Program is a dynamic, 18-month program designed to provide Estom Yumeka Maidu Enterprise Rancheria Tribal Members with opportunities for upward mobility gained from a blend of on-the-job technical training, specialized classroom training, a wide range of seminars and workshops dedicated to management best practices, mentoring and work experience.

TRIBAL LEADERSHIP SERIES
(21 and over)
The series is our initial offering on Tribal Development and will focus on tribal members with limited experience within the gaming, restaurant and hotel & hospitality industry. The goal is to teach key leadership skills that can help the tribal member advance into a leadership role.
Application Process
Enterprise Rancheria invites all tribal members 21 and over to apply for this internship opportunity. It is an opportunity to network with industry professionals with an in-depth rotation schedule in each department for 8-months with a 1 year internship.
